Grilled Emu Steaks

4 emu fillet
½ can frozen lemonade
¼ can water
2 tsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced (or to taste)

Mix together the lemonade, water, minced onion and garlic. Marinate the steaks for 2 to 3 hours. Cook on grill to desired doneness. Serves 4.
